It is with deep appreciation and admiration that we say goodbye to Aunt Mary.
We enjoyed many summers with Mary and Albert in Elderbank with our children Ada and Leo Mullett.
Jim was Albert's nephew. His mother Bertha gave birth to him and his sister Ruth in Bowness Alberta in the early 40s
At his mother's death Jim was raised in Montreal by Albert's sister Naomi and her husband Bernard Graham. Jim and Ruth spent summers in Elderbank. In Nineteen sixty seven Sheila Mason, Jim's wife, visited Mary and Albert and was made to feel welcome for many many years. Mary was a unique person with a great personality, a wonderful cook [pies, cakes, cookies galore] and a real outdoors person with her garden and animal trapping and hunting. We have the fondest memories of life in Elderbank, Albert's great stories and Mary's warm hospitality and happy friendly nature always ready to joke and laugh. What a person!
