Obituary of Margaret Rose Geddes

GEDDES, Margaret Rose -  age 81, of Milford, passed away peacefully on July 20, 2021 in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Catalone, she was a daughter of the late William and Eliza (Woodworth) MacAulay.

Margaret Rose was quiet, kind and a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was always helping others and was known to love driving those that couldn’t to their appointments and to the city. She enjoyed her many trips to visit family out west. Margaret Rose will be dearly missed by her friends and family.

She is survived by her children, Kelly Cook, Philip (Jane), Lori Geddes, Beverly Clarke, Robin (Tracey); seven grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Gerald “Jud”; sisters, Jean Hames, Elizabeth McCulloch; brother, Robert MacAulay; great granddaughter, Avah.

Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie. No service at this time.
