Obituary of Leon George Miller

MILLER, Leon George-age 86 of Enfield, passed away peacefully with his wife and son by his side on Monday, May 24, 2021 at home. Born in Lantz he was a son of the late Lewis and Eva (Green) Miller.

Leon loved all sports, but hockey was his favourite and he spent a lot of time fishing and hunting. He was a 40-year member of Oakfield Golf and Country Club. Leon’s entire career was with Shaw Group Ltd.

Leon is survived by his wife, Barbara; son, Bill (Barb); grandson, Mathew (Samantha); nephew, Brian (Gloria).

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Michael; brother, Dave.

Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie. A private graveside service will be held. Donations in Leon’s memory may be made to Parkinson Society Nova Scotia or to a charity of your choice.
