Obituary of Wanda Gail Isenor

ISENOR, Wanda Gail-age 65, of Enfield, passed away peacefully at home on August 11, 2020.

Born in Dutch Settlement, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence and Mildred (Ashley) Hines.

One of Wanda’s favorite pastimes was baking for family, friends and the broader community, always making an annual holiday cookie donation to the local foodbank. She enjoyed weekly TV Bingo and cheering on her favorite baseball team, the Toronto Blue Jays. Her favorite TV show was Heartland.

Wanda is survived by her husband, Paul, daughter, Tanya (Douglas); son, Terry (Natalie); grandson, Matthew; sisters, Doreen, Lantz; Melba, Lantz; Juanita (Elwood), Dutch Settlement; brothers, Paul (Frances), Dutch Settlement; Perry (Tammy), Carroll’s Corner; many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, Keith, Foster, Blanchard, Sylvanus, Ricky and Sister Marina.

Visitation will be held 6-8pm Friday, August 14^th followed by a funeral service at 11am Saturday, August 15^th, both in Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie Rev. Canon David Fletcher officiating. COVID 19 restrictions will apply. Cremation will follow the service.
