I am so sorry for not realizing that Preston had passed. I had many fond memories of our times together and our conversations, whether at the old meat market or discussing the movie shot on his property. The best part was visiting him at the farm and sometimes being able to hunt. He was a special person and will be missed. Sending my happy memories your way. Be strong and God bless everyone.

Preston was a joy to know Vicki and I rented from him in Elmsdale when we first were married ,he allowed dad and I to deer hunt on the property way back in the 60’s .

The family was so Blessed to have Preston in their lives. He was one of the kindest, gentle man that I know. I will miss his and Marie's summer visits to the Cove. Such a talented man when it came to music which he loved. I have a tape that he made for my mom (Mae Goulden) and I will always cherish it.

I have so many fond memories of jamming with him at the Enfield Legion over the years, and also attending the jamborees at UNMR hall. He was very dedicated to supporting music in our area and will be missed dearly.
He was very devoted to Marie and always spoke with such pride and love for all his family. I am grateful for having been able to spend some time with both Marie & Preston enjoying music at the Magnolia recently, as we celebrated their wedding anniversary.

Preston and my father were best friends and because of him my father met the woman who would be his wife. I always remember I was intimidated by him as a child. He was so tall and we visited so infrequently. It wasn't till I was an adult that I got to know him better. I remember him as a quick witted gentle soft spoken man. I wish I had more time to visit more often. I will miss him and I pray comfort for the family he left behind.
Bruce and I will always remember Preston and Marie from Crokinole. He was always a friendly face and enjoyed a good game. Blessings to Marie and family.
