MOORE, Shella “June” – age 68, of South Rawdon, passed away peacefully with family by her side in the QEII Infirmary Site on April 9, 2017. Born in Truro, she was a daughter of the late James and Nancy (Moore) Smith. She is survived by her husband, Barry; daughters, Susan and Shirley, both of Alberta; sons, Freddie, Myles, both of Alberta; Billy Joe, Truro;13 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; brothers, Russell (Anna) Smith, Tatamagouche; Gordon (Jane) Smith, Shubenacadie; Murray Smith, Windsor; sisters, Viola (Kenny), Kentville; Nina, New Glasgow; several nieces and nephews. June was predeceased by three sisters and two brothers. Visitation 2-4 & 6-8pm, Saturday, April 15 in Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie from where a funeral service will be held 2pm, Tuesday April 18, 2017, Rev. Angus MacDonald officiating. Reception following service in our hospitality area. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of June may be made to a charity of your choice.
