PAUL, Ronald Joseph “Ronnie” -age 54 of Indian Brook, passed away suddenly at home on Sept. 27, 2016. Born in Mars Hill, ME, USA, he was the youngest son of the late Levi Peter and Mary Leona (Copage) Paul. He worked for many years at the Band Office where he recently began working full time as a maintenance worker. Ronnie was a kind hearted, caring and happy man, whose family meant everything to him. He is survived by his partner, Lorraine (Googoo) McDonald; children, Deanna Paul, AB, Cody Paul, AB; step daughter, Charlotte Googoo; 3 grandchildren; sisters, Debbie (Peter) Maloney, Linda Paul, Amanda Paul; brother; Murray Copage (Margie) Cambridge, NS; several nieces and nephews; godchild, Krissy McDonald and a large extended family. He was predeceased by his parents; brothers, Lloyd, Allan, John, Wayne; sister, Anne Louise; grandparents, John and Marg (Harlow) Copage and Peter and Lena (Howe) Paul. Visitation will be held after 3pm today (Thursday, September 29) in his home, 143 Dowie Road, Indian Brook, until 6pm Saturday, October 1. Funeral Mass will be held 2pm Tuesday, October 4 in St. Kateri’s Roman Catholic Church, Indian Brook, Father Joseph Thomas officiating.
