Obituary of Lynda Marie Sherman

SHERMAN, Lynda Marie – age 56, of Elmsdale, passed away suddenly on August 24, 2016 in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Montreal, she was a daughter of Marilyn Creamer. Lynda had a great love for movies, and loved spending Christmas with her family. She enjoyed riding her scooter and fishing. Lynda will be missed greatly by her mother, Marilyn Creamer, Sooke, BC; brothers, James (Shirley) Sherman, East Dalhousie; Gordie, Enfield; Scott O’Hara, Ontario; sisters, Barbara (John) Shields, Enfield; Pamela (Dave) Burke, Sooke, BC; Sonja (Randy) Sage, Sooke, BC; many nieces and nephews. Lynda was predeceased by step parents, Gordon and Ada Sherman of Lantz; sister, Dyanna Cave, Kamloops, BC. Cremation has taken place. At Lynda’s request, there will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held 2pm Saturday, September 3 in Oakhill Cemetery, Milford, Rev. Canon David Fletcher officiating. A reception will follow at 320 Main Street, Stewiacke.
