ISENOR, Randy Neal - 52, Carrolls Corner, passed away on Monday May 20, 2013, at home surrounded by his loving family, after losing his battle against pancreatic cancer. He fought to the very end! He was the son of the late Garnet and Lois (Preeper) Isenor. He was an amazing husband, "Dad", brother and friend. He was a hard worker, beginning with cleaning at the airport at age 15, then on to several years as woodman, sometimes working with his Dad (Garnet), and several years (until his illness) with the Shaw Group. He was a generous man who was always ready and willing to give anyone a hand with anything. He was an avid sports fan, and spent several years coaching T-Ball, Mites and Squirts soft ball, and was an assistant coach in the minor hockey league. He is survived by his wife and bestfriend, Joanna, (who will dearly miss his bouquets of "Just Because" flowers, daughter Laura (whom he faithfully called "The Kid") and son Matthew (Jessie); brothers Richard (Joan), Perry (Diane), Tony (Cheryl), Darren (Tracey), Shawn (Cindy); sisters Betty (Ken) and Margie (John). He was predeceased by brother Wade, step-father Wilfred Preeper, father-in-law Clinton Isenor. Visitation 6-8pm, Wednesday, with funeral service 11 am, Thursday, May 23, 2013 both in Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie, Rev. Patty McKenna officiating assisted by Rev. Canon David Fletcher. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Pancreatic Cancer Society. Family and friends may sign the guest book at: ettingerfuneralhome.com
