Please share a memory of David to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
McCrimmon, David ("Davy") Manford It is with deep sorrow that the family of Davy, 38, of Nine Mile River, announces his sudden passing on April 20, 2016. Davy was well loved by everyone who knew him. He had a keen sense of humour, with a head full of jokes and one to put a smile on everyone’s face. He worked at Basin Contracting for 13 years, doing many jobs, where he forged life long friendships which he cherished. He was a tireless volunteer to both people and animals. He will be sadly missed and always remembered by all. He is survived by his parents, Neville and Lois McCrimmon; sisters, Darlene (Gerald), Marci, Cheryl, Vickie (Gerry) and Dawn (Scott); nieces, Heather, Denise, Melissa, Cassie, Katelyn (TJ), Jesse, Emma, and great nephew Gage; as well as the Mullin Family. Visitation will be held 1-4pm Sunday, April 24 in Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie from where a service will be held 2pm Monday, April 25, Rev. Angus R. MacDonald officiating. A reception will follow in the funeral home hospitality area. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Diabetes Association and Heart and Stroke Foundation. Condolences, words of comfort and memories of Davy may be shared with the family at www.ettingerfuneralhome.com
